- Caravel "Car" Asteri — Satyr Masquerade Bard. Venturia-born, finished with secrets, tied to the Covenant Archive family they walked away from.
- Kryton Novelli — Human Warlock (former Wizard). A faculty mage at VAVA who won a pact at a gambling table and is convinced he can wriggle out of the deal.
- Lotan — Tiefling Fighter/Warlock. Stranded ashore in Venturia after going looking for a Kraken and managing to offend it. What happened after, no one is sure.
- Noname — Orc Barbarian Fog Warden. Raised at Liminal House. A patient at St. Viro's Respite, hunting the memory of the night her fiancé vanished.
- Orabella — Human Cleric of Art. A fog child raised by Liminal House, haunted by vivid first-person dreams she can't explain and hopes to find answers about.
- Roxanya "Roxy" — Forest Gnome Arcane Trickster. Raised by Brownies, enrolled at the Academy on a lie, pact-bound to Garl Glittergold after a failed robbery.
- Valentro — Elf Ranger. Keeps the Tiered Gardens, raised at Liminal House, learning a swordfighter's reflexes he can't remember earning.
